The disciples were surprised. Jews didn’t have anything to do with Samaritans. It wasn’t because their blood wasn’t the same as theirs. It’s because their religion wasn’t quite the same. They just used the 5 books of Moses, and they’d edited those too! To make it worse, they claimed they were supposed to worship somewhere other than Jerusalem. . . .
